N.A staff are helpful at times but from my experience especially at the workshop I feel rush and that they are not doing their best to see what is wrong with the car

Again this score is purely based on the fact my car has to go back in for further investigations and is not based on the delivery of care from the MCR service desk as this has been excellent.

I thought my car was due for a service but apparently it wasn’t. But I took advantage of the free winter check, to ensure everything was ok. It only took a short while and was even given a valet!

Worked to my timescale. Understood I was time poor due to work life and Denis was supportive throughout this time. Kept me fully updated. Made me feel welcome at the dealership. Sent me any videos of my new car.

Made to feel like an individual, very welcome. Expert knowledge by reception staff. Looked after very well while waiting (Great coffee!). Work completed quicker than expected (& I was kept informed throughout). Car valeted to showroom standard.

Was explained thoroughly what would happen during the day is. Checks on the car, what would be done of certain problems were you d. Was updated during the day on the progress. Receptionist (Cathy, I think her name was) was so helpful! Thanks

Expensive and felt slightly ripped off but I didn’t have time to take the car elsewhere and it’s convenient for work but annoyingly the service book wasn’t filled in when the work was done so I had to go back.

The service itself was fine however the courtesy clean was disappointing. Only 2 out of the 4 tires looked like they had been cleaned and all windows were still dirty and smeared.

Service was done with no problems at all . Although I was having some body work done aswell and when I arrived to pick my car up the service was done but bodywork hadn’t been completed.This was bad communication between the two departments.
