Donald, aged 72 falls for the MINI JCW

He’s 72. He’s had more than 20 cars in his lifetime. Interestingly, he has never bought a brand new car. Until now. Donald’s tradition of buying used cars is over. With the bonus of the recent Scrappage Scheme, Donald has broken the mould by beginning his MINI adventure: investing in a brand new MINI JCW.

MINI and the government are offering £2,000 towards a new MINI as part of the Scrappage Scheme. Owners who scrap cars over ten years old will receive a £2,000 contribution towards the purchase of a brand new car. The idea is to cut CO2 levels by replacing older, more polluting vehicles with the latest fuel-efficient models.
