I found the whole experience of purchasing of my new mini very pleasant the sales lady Sarah Kelly was very helpful and guided me through the whole experience this also applies to the manager who talked me through the finance section

Mini Manchester have tried to secure payment from Park Lane, going to the extent of contacting them London dealership, but sadly to no effect. The staff at Williams Manchester have done everything they said they would and more.

Williams Rochdale were awful, they told me it would be 8 days before they would look at it and I should count myself lucky coz people with engine management lights were waiting 3 days I was furious 500 per month car Manchester were excellent

Customer service from Williams is always top notch. A shame that they replaced my steering pump as a 'good will' gesture and then called me afterwards to say the gesture was a mistake... At least they haven't tried to charge me for it
