Again, not happy at needing to spend so much on a 'young' car but the service I received was very good. Good communication from claire and I feel I was charged appropriately for the extension time and work it took which they didn't expect.

Everything was done like you would expect from a dealer but I felt I was dealt with a level above.
I have no complaint from throughout the whole sales process. Very easy and it's all done online. Very efficient.
No major issues. There was a delay in getting car prepared which was disappointing, but was explained by COVID-19 issues.
Although I have yet to collect my new car, as I am currently working overseas, the staff at the Mini Centre have really demonstrated that they care for my individual needs.
My car was returned clean with a fresh MOT and a follow up video explaining what had been checked and what if anything required attention. The only advisory was that the tyre inflation liquid was out of date - who knew it went out of date!
I asked lots of questions, and felt that I was pestering Alanna too much. However, she expressed to me that nothing was too much and that she was here to help me.
