Booked engine oil service online as unable to get through on the phone. According to the website service should have been £99 or £107 with micro filter. Williams initially quoted £230 when I dropped it off. Why are they trying to charge +double?
I was completely satisfied with the way I was dealt with during the process.
My delivery date was almost a month later than when originally told. I bought mats and no one fitted them for me or even offered to they were also late to arrived had my new car during the snow and no mats in it for a week.
can not fault any part of my experience - wonderful!
It was easy, but I was led to believe that the car would be ready a month earlier than it actually was.

I have a service plan so was only charged 40 for the MOT but two days later had a call saying I owed 40 extra because an item they did was not included in the service package this was due to poor staff knowledge about MIni

Great attention to detail, brilliant after sales care
My car was given a winter health check and was found to be in good condition and safe. This was followed up with an email message and video of the check carried out by the mechanic. Excellent service given by all staff I encountered.
Even though i arrived late (stuck in traffic from an accident), they were very helpful and fitted me in. The receptionist also took the time to check my 'pack' and recommended a service whilst I was there (I was only booked in for an end of warranty
Samuel Markl, the sales executive, was exemplary from the moment I first walked through the showroom's door; throughout the purchasing process; and after the car had been collected. He deserves some recognition as he is a real asset to the company.
Alanna Bryant was simply fantastic! she was helpful, polite, always happy to answer every questions we asked her. If a could give her 10 stars instead of 5 I wouldn't esitate one sec.

Although Daniel was very helpful through the sale process I do not feel that accurate information about the collection process was provided resulting in costs to me of over £300.
I didnt like the fact I had to sign documents that said I had done certain things when I hadnt

From start to finish we received a great service from Mel at Williams Manchester. At no time did we feel pressured into buying, product knowledge, car and finance, was excellent and we were kept fully informed at all times.
Melanie Shaw was excellent again (this is my second purchase from her). Melanie had changed dealership and I followed her to her new place of work.
My service was carried out as planned and a helpful video message from my technician assured me my car was in excellent condition.
Only error was a bit of miscommunication with the protect treatment for the car but able to offer a resolution so doesnt effect my satisfaction.
Service carried out as advised.Mechanical staff excellent and explained any faults and advised of future replacements or repairs which may be needed in the near future.
Again this score is purely based on the fact my car has to go back in for further investigations and is not based on the delivery of care from the MCR service desk as this has been excellent.

I thought my car was due for a service but apparently it wasnt. But I took advantage of the free winter check, to ensure everything was ok. It only took a short while and was even given a valet!
