Booked car in for service and so booked MOT at the same time. Arrived with my car only to be told the service couldn't be done and I'd have to bring it back. Need to train staff as wouldn't have brought car to you just for MOT
They were so helpful and nice when I was in a bit of a flap as my car was broken

The Lady who received me in the morning was excellent and attentive. The gentleman in the afternoon less so. I don't think it's acceptable to have a customer come and sit in front of you for 2-3 minutes and carry on talking to a colleague.
Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Poor communication meaning a delay with providing the service. Unacceptable given the fault was a factory fault.
Team were fantastic. A warning light came back on after I had picked up the car and they resolved the issue swiftly. So even with this hiccup. The way it was dealt with still meant I was happy
The centre kept me up-dated as to the expected length of time the work would take and completed ahead of the time initially quoted.
It was all good, nothing to complain about, other than an extra (but required) charge
Whilst the service was faultless as always the issue with the lighting of the central display and control display still remains so will have to go back to get it fixed.

I'm satisfied the problem was taken care of but when asking the engineer was this something that happened often I was told it was so therefore when I visited the week before or rang about my problem I could have been told about this possible solution
Had to ask three times for a call to book an appointment, still waiting for an answer on a map update for the car and valet post service was average
Calling Mini is a challenge. It seems as though as soon as I mentioned a problem I wanted looking into, the call gets transferred to Service, they then transfer you to Parts who put you back to Service. Staff should listen to the whole request

I was kept fully up to date with developments and given regular phone calls to make sure I knew what to bring in etc
As much as the work was completed was satisfactory, it took twice as long as I was told, and I was offered a wash for the car but had run out of time so I had to leave.
