Booked my car in for service over the telephone person I spoke to was very helpful. Waited for my car whilst it had its service person on reception was helpful and professional and I was offered refreshments whilst I waited.

We're told in advance that car would arrive much late because of manufacturing.
The centre is welcoming, comfortable and very modern. The staff employed there were extremely courteous, and keen to help.

Online booking was easy to use. On the day I took my car a man advised me where to go and who to ask for. Claire booked my car in and although the car wasn't on the system for service, it was duly booked in with no issue and no huffing. Thank you

Abbie was informative but not pushy. Communication was great and handover of the car was a fun experience as well as helpful as Abbie took the time to sit in my car with me, set up some of the features and explained the key points to me.

The car is amazing. Production took longer than expected but issues were not in our or Mini's control and we were kept informed at all times. The reveal on pick up was something we were not expecting, this is our first purchase or a brand new car
