Dealership experience was superb. Sam the sales person I mainly dealt with was super-friendly and helpful, and seemed to share my enthusiasm for driving and cars. Always kept updated during the process and made to feel welcome when in the dealership.

Product knowledge is appreciated and I liked receiving videos of cars I might be interested in,describing their spec inside and out to help me decide ultimately which car I wanted to buy. I also enjoyed being able to test drive a car for 24 hours.
Service was good and efficient but I tried to respond to an email sent to me by someone at Mini and have had no response to that email. One email said it was returned 'undeliverable' so emailed anther email address and got no response

The staff at mini, both in sales, and after care are excellent, they go out of their way to ensure you are seen to and looked after.

It's extremely difficult to get in touch by telephone. Often mini reception advise service is busy, they take your details, then do NOT return the call. Later they advise they are busy or short of staff. Always happens.

Again based on Williams BMW. The only issue was the prices quoted online was not the price paid. I was told the oil was not included in the original quote online, therefore I had to pay circa £30 more once a the dealer.
The gentleman on reception was fantastic, very helpful and considerate. I couldn't rate him high enough, he is such an asset to Williams Manchester.

Everything ok on the day, but difficult to book and get the day I wanted. I was booked in for a Saturday then I was rung back to say I couldn't come in that day.

This visit, no issues. However it was extremely hard to get though to book car in. Last month my car needed a service, I took to a non mini dealer, as could not get through to service at Manchester or Bolton. Tried many times by phone and sent mails
