Jordan at Williams Mini Manchester was a dream to work with. I felt so welcome, relaxed and genuinely looked after from start to end. I enquired about a new mini at 5:30pm on the last day of the sale event, and just a week later had my new car!10/10

The check process for the service was chaotic + long. It was (wrongly) suggested that I needed extra checks that were already included in the service/MOT booked, and that information on historical works on the car (at garage) were not available.

Very good experience easy to drop the car off and pick up. everybody is so friendly. I'm not very keen on the app. I would rather have face-to-face and making appointments or telephone. That's my only downside but unfortunately, that's life going.

A very positive experience. Stacey did her job really well. She was kind, thoughtful, approachable and professional. Communication was 100% and the Center's handover format was very slick and made us feel like royalty! Very impressed.
