Experience with the centre was good but online procedure with BMW complicated and unnecessary compared with previous purchases.

Stacey made us feel so at ease and could not fault the service we was given as motibility customers we have experienced stigma around this in and this experience was the opposite we didn't even feel like we were motability customer

Really nice and lovely staff. Close to Trafford centre which was convenient. Helped that they had Saturday morning available. Also got a free coffee and a little cake which was an added bonus.

Always great service from Alanna. Even though I have moved from Manchester I would still buy my car from the Manchester dealer and from Alanna. Order processed quickly and Alanna was helpful and knowledgeable in helping me decide which Model mini.
