For the second time I have been 'looked after' by Claire and have felt there is no customer service. So little meaning communication about what has happened to my car. It's really put me off returning to Trafford & maybe I'll consider elsewhere next

The drive into the garage area was great, especially as it was a very cold January morning. Also, after we dropped the car off we had a nice coffee in the waiting area and went shopping, we received a text to say the car was ready on time

Claire was very helpful getting me another appointment for my MOT as my original appointment on the 2nd Jan but I had a windscreen crack so had to reschedule.
