I was impresed with the venue. But not to tell me checking the oil level was not part of a health check when they knew ae were going on a road trip meant that in the middle of nowhere the car oil warning came on telling us put oil in immediately

Check in very good. Collection process OK. Was not informed that some car settings had been reset (window lock for children). All nipple covers on brake callipers were not replaced and left exposed to road dirt/rain.

The service reception was done via BMW, was not as smooth or quick as previous when handled by the Mini. This new process feels like a step backwards. The machine wash of the car left little grey sticky bits all over the car, so I had to re-wash it.

The check process for the service was chaotic + long. It was (wrongly) suggested that I needed extra checks that were already included in the service/MOT booked, and that information on historical works on the car (at garage) were not available.
