The lady who took keys and finished payment was very nice and gave good service The lady on the coffee and biscuit station was a bit miserable I Felt asking for a coffee was a trouble Self service would be preferable

The ease of making the booking and checking in and dropping the car off was easy. The staff that were dealt with were all polite and friendly, from Claire Heaton at booking in to Mark, Max and Lee on the day of the appointment.

I went in because the car wasn't accelerating properly, but the report didn't mention the reason, and they told me I'd have to pay 400 to find out. I then went to another service centre, where, for a lower fee, I found out the problem was the DPF.

Booked in for service and MOT. When I dropped the car off you didn't know you were servicing it, lucky I checked! Was told car was ready for collection but had to wait roughly 45 minutes because it wasn't ready, apparently issue with the MOT.

Booked my mini in for a service with bookings, I was told my car would be valeted as part of the service, it was Not valeted, the service was okay, the service team rang me to collect at 16.45, I arrived on time but they didnt get to me until 17.30.
