Mini in for first service asked for wheels to be rotated wanted £20, asked to look at door handle fault wanted over £150, asked to speak to service manager assistant manager spoke with us but still not resolved, what work was done? no invoice given.

Check in very good. Collection process OK. Was not informed that some car settings had been reset (window lock for children). All nipple covers on brake callipers were not replaced and left exposed to road dirt/rain.

The service reception was done via BMW, was not as smooth or quick as previous when handled by the Mini. This new process feels like a step backwards. The machine wash of the car left little grey sticky bits all over the car, so I had to re-wash it.

The check process for the service was chaotic + long. It was (wrongly) suggested that I needed extra checks that were already included in the service/MOT booked, and that information on historical works on the car (at garage) were not available.

Very good experience easy to drop the car off and pick up. everybody is so friendly. I'm not very keen on the app. I would rather have face-to-face and making appointments or telephone. That's my only downside but unfortunately, that's life going.
