There was a small issue over the blue card discount which resulted in a slight delay in receiving the car, but overall the service was excellent, in particular Alana was great!

Despite a text to collect the vehicle when I arrived there was a delay as no staff were on the service reception and when the car finally arrived it had to be taken back as the tyre pressures were wrong and hadn't been reset. Poor For BMW

The drive through check in was quite slow. I'll know for next time but usually my drop offs are really fast. Queueing whilst cars are having photos taken was really frustrating when I had a list waiting and needed to get to work.
