I dealt with Miles at Trafford. He was amazing and nothing was too much. Always answered my questions and emails promptly even after buying the car. Service was excellent.

The car was completed in 1 hour which I was surprised at.On inspection of my car when I returned home I found the car not bee cleaned satisfactory or not been hoovered out like promised. I also found the service assistant quite sarcastic.

Honestly, Sam and the whole team. We went in not knowing what we wanted. he spent the time optioning some used and we ended up with a new one. Super helpful from beginning to end and lovely feel to the dealership.

Am bit cynical re Williams as last mini I had when it had done 19,000 miles was told engine mount leaking. Took it to a bmw garage for 2nd opinion, no leak.I had the car for 18 years and it never leaked!!
