I dealt with Miles at Trafford. He was amazing and nothing was too much. Always answered my questions and emails promptly even after buying the car. Service was excellent.

I was given a completely dishonest message that one of the tyres on the car was "cut to the cords". I took the car to two independent tyre specialists who removed the tyre, examined it and confirmed the tyre was in perfect condition.

I am completly satisfied with the service from Miles & the team at Mini. Miles was absolutely wonderful from start to finish & I would rate my experience 20 if I could!!!
