Despite a text to collect the vehicle when I arrived there was a delay as no staff were on the service reception and when the car finally arrived it had to be taken back as the tyre pressures were wrong and hadn't been reset. Poor For BMW

The drive through check in was quite slow. I'll know for next time but usually my drop offs are really fast. Queueing whilst cars are having photos taken was really frustrating when I had a list waiting and needed to get to work.

Tyre burst on motorway. Car recovered to Mini Trafford. They were really helpful and got the tyre replaced the next day. All staff were really informative and exceeded expectations

I was given a completely dishonest message that one of the tyres on the car was "cut to the cords". I took the car to two independent tyre specialists who removed the tyre, examined it and confirmed the tyre was in perfect condition.
