The service reception was done via BMW, was not as smooth or quick as previous when handled by the Mini. This new process feels like a step backwards. The machine wash of the car left little grey sticky bits all over the car, so I had to re-wash it.

The check process for the service was chaotic + long. It was (wrongly) suggested that I needed extra checks that were already included in the service/MOT booked, and that information on historical works on the car (at garage) were not available.

Very good experience easy to drop the car off and pick up. everybody is so friendly. I'm not very keen on the app. I would rather have face-to-face and making appointments or telephone. That's my only downside but unfortunately, that's life going.

Poor communication Agreed to drop off and wait, was told approx 2 hr wait. After 4 hours was told my car had failed MOT and needed work doing on it. I was not happy and questioned why I had waited 4 hrs to be told about outcome. Not acceptable

when I got home there was a large crack in my windscreen which was hard to see as the car needed a clean. Even after it was cleaned at the garage no one flagged this. Also had to pay £120 extra for a blocked wiper to be investigated and cleaned

The booking in arrangements have changed: new location not notified. The waiting area is very noisy: loud music playing and the television also on with sound. The glass and tiling makes the acoustics almost intolerable.

A red warning for replacement of windscreen wipers was not actioned ....an email was sent on the day of service which we didn't have access to until returning home with WiFi. Why did someone not ring or use common sense and fix this issue on The spot

Despite a text to collect the vehicle when I arrived there was a delay as no staff were on the service reception and when the car finally arrived it had to be taken back as the tyre pressures were wrong and hadn't been reset. Poor For BMW

I was given a completely dishonest message that one of the tyres on the car was "cut to the cords". I took the car to two independent tyre specialists who removed the tyre, examined it and confirmed the tyre was in perfect condition.
