Check in very good. Collection process OK. Was not informed that some car settings had been reset (window lock for children). All nipple covers on brake callipers were not replaced and left exposed to road dirt/rain.

Clare at service and the mechanics always look after us so well, that's why we keep coming back to you. All spoken to Sam in sales a while back about changing our cars but have been held up with family issues but will sort it out soon

Offered to do my MOT at the same time and every member of staff I came into contact with on my visit was outstanding, it was a bit stressful for me as it turned into a bigger job than expected and I needed to be at work but everyone was helpful
