The car was ordered 9 weeks ago and yet the admin process only seemed to start last Sunday. The car was collected on Thursday. Every step of the processed seemed laboured and without forethought.

Booked in for a 3 hour appointment and leaving the car earlier than required, had to chase and only then informed the vehicle needed a new tyre to pass its MOT, thus adding another hour to the delay/car not clean as 30 more mins required! 5 Hours!

Pre booking in email was not sent. I booked the car in on line for 1.45 it was changed with no consultation to 2.00 pm I arrive early , because I didn't have the on line booking in form I had no idea where to go so spent 10 mins finding out.

Expensive fir just a brake fluid change. And as fir an oil change quoted above £300 this is day light robbery you should hang your heads in shame to rip your customers off . Commercial garages are quoting £100 -£130 for the same disgusting rip off

My car is just 3 years old and went in for repair and 6 days later completely lost power. I had to organise roadside pickup.

I had MOT at Williams Trafford in May this year, and Servicing in August later. The reports show 0.6-0.8 mm difference of all four tyres tread depths. I am confused with the huge difference given that only 2k miles have been driven in the meantime.

The centre usually looks immaculate but as I sat and waited for my MOT (around 2+ hours) I noticed it needs a good clean. Saw lots of dust, debris, cobwebs under the desk near the door and woodlice. Not upto the usual standard

We originally booked in for 8am, but were then told to bring for 12pm. Having sat with the car all afternoon we were told at 5pm, you couldn't do it and come back tomorrow. If we had come at 8am it would have been done, as the oil would be cooler.
