Service went to plan but my partner recently had an MoT with BMW and the car was cleaned. My service with Mini cost considerably more but wasn't even cleaned on the outside. Would have been appreciated.

The customer service in the showroom was excellent. Only small comment was that the car was washed and hoovered, but was still a bit dirty inside and out. Appreciate it was only an MOT, but was a shame.

Lovely staff. Couldn't have asked for more. Advised to remove the fault finding as no fault message present when I dropped off my car- appreciated the heads up to avoid the additional cost and likelihood that nothing would be found/resolved

Booking is easy, everyone you speak to is friendly and helpful and the location is perfect if you have to leave the car for a few hours. They did everything that was needed and also asked about any concerns I had with the car and fixed those too

I couldn't hear what the mechanic was saying properly. But my car had passed so wasn't too bothered. But would have liked to have clearly heard the video. The other point is the car had been washed but bits had been missed when washing.
