Dealt with Sam on a previous purchase and he is very easy to deal with. Appreciated the time taken when ordering and collecting the car. Also kept updated about the expected delivery date. Didn't have to chase for information.

Sam and the team at Williams MINI Manchester did a fantastic job in chasing up the delivery of my new J01 MINI and keeping me updated. On the day of delivery I was shown all features and given a test drive to feel comfortable in the new car. Thanks!

Really satisfied. I thought I would have to wait months for my car but it took a few short weeks before it was delivered. I went on holiday the day after the delivery date and Mini kindly offered to hang on to it until I returned.

All staff members were welcoming and friendly, the car was ready in the time frame given and came back a lot cleaner! The staff member who helped us even gave my son his own toy bmw. Very lovely team!
