I was totally overwhelmed with the overall experience. I was made to feel very special. My budget was acknowledged and Miles Moorcroft ensured the hand over of my new car was memorable. Such a friendly service.

Got the car asap , problem with the battery but managed to sort out a courtesy car in less than 10 mins . offered to collect courtesy car and drop new vehicle off the next day. Clearly went above and beyond !

I had a mini already so assumed it was the same spec particularly as this was an upgraded model. it would have been helpful to verbally run through the spec of the car/ and be encouraged to have a test drive as this was not offered.

Frazer was helpful & focused on finding me my dream car. However, I felt when collecting my car it was rushed. I asked 3 times when I'd receive money to pay my loan & he said it'd be in my bank the next day. He didn't ask for the exact settlement fee

Booked my car in for an Mot for 8-30, I arrived earlier to be told I had to take my car to the service bay as the person was ill. I got my car back at 17-00 hours I questioned why it was in for so long to be told 4 technicians were off sick.
